When I was burgled, and all the computers stolen from my surgery, I made a 4.00 a.m call to the M.D of TAB Dental Systems. Their team pulled out all the stops and by 9.00 a.m the surgery was working as though nothing had happened. All the missing computers had been replaced and the patient data restored. Service doesn’t come much better than that, and because TAB Systems had implemented an off-site backup strategy, not a single patient record was missing.
