I would like to thank all at Tab Dental for their professionalism and support during the interest and installation of their dental software program and their expert installing of the computer hardware.

As a practice that had never used a computer program before, Mark at Tab Dental explained in "human" language exactly what they could offer right from the beginning.

Mark and his team were always ready at any time to answer any questions and this from the very beginning gave the surgery staff a great deal of confidence and comfort knowing that the program they were about to get to grips with was always backed with the knowledge that Tab Dental were there to help at a moments notice.

When Matt the engineer came to install the computers he was everything our staff could hope to have. Extremely approachable, excellent at explaining how the system worked, and taking the time to train all our staff individually to understand what we had our hands on.

Since the program and computers have been installed we have had just a few occasions to call for help and with the added advantage of Tab Dental being able to access the system remotely they then still continue to guide and teach us the benefits of the dental program.. And also clean up the mistakes we made on the program!.

It took Rosemount Dental Clinic quite a while to decide which program to take on board, being that there are so many available on the market, we are extremely pleased to have chosen Tab Dental.

The program is so user friendly and easy to understand. Our staff here at the surgery have taken to it like ducks to water. None of our staff had ever used a computer program before , in fact 50% of the staff are actually scared of computers! Not any more.
