• Access current, future and historic patient information
• When information is needed quickly, for example when a patient is on the phone, this screen provides an at-a-glance reference.
• Comprehensive patient information including historic attendance, other family members, pop-up notes, Oral Health Score, outstanding balances and date of last exam

Medical history

• Medical information can be entered using the on-screen approved BDA questionnaire or your own tailor made system of medical conditions
• A clear pop up message appears on screen if a patient has a medical condition you need to be aware of
• Record peripheral information, such as a patient’s Oral Health Score and Soft tissue Charting

Search for patients quickly

When a patient arrives in reception, or rings with a query, their records need to be accessed as quickly as possible.

• Being one of the most used features, patient search is always available
• Search by surname, forename, Date of Birth, Street or Post Code
• Records can never be misfiled or lost and take no more than a couple of seconds to retrieve.

Security

• All staff requiring access to the system have their own login accounts with usernames / passwords.
• All patient data is backed up and fully secured.
